Tungsten Separation Plant Supplier

Tungsten is also known as wolfra. The tungsten or wolframite ore is recovered by a combination of dense medium separation, shaking tables and flotation. Flotation consists of one rougher bank and four cleaning stages. A concentrate with an average grade of 40 % WO3 is produced. The rougher tailings are pumped to a hydrocyclone. The cyclone underflow, which contains coarse and intergrown scheelite is recycled to the ball mill for regrinding, the hydrocyclone overflow represents the final tailings stream.

Zenith has been specialized in mineral processing and separation technology for long history. Based on professional experience, Zenith has been a famous tungsten separation plant supplier, we developed complete range of tungsten separation equipment for sale such as flotation machine, gravity separator, magnetic separation plant etc.

Tungsten Gravity Separation Machine

Gravity separation is the most popular technique of concentrating minerals, it has been widely applied in mineral separation applications. Due to its high efficiency and low cost, gravity separation is excellent choice for menerials and ores there is sufficient differences between the specific gravity of the valuable and gangue minerals.

The tungsten gravity separation machine for sale mainly includes jigging machine, shaking table, sprial chute etc. Zenith experts customizes separation and beneficiation solution according to customers’ requirements. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Tungsten Production Line

Tungsten is extracted from its ores in several stages. The ore will be first crushed and grinded for size reduction. It is eventually converted to tungsten oxide, which is heated with hydrogen or carbon to produce powdered tungsten. Because of tungsten’s high melting point, it is not commercially feasible to cast tungsten ingots. Instead, fine grinded tungsten is mixed with small amounts of powdered nickel or other metals, and sintered. During the sintering process, the nickel diffuses into the tungsten, producing an alloy.
